Position: Digital Traffic Coordinator
Where: Seattle
What: The Digital Traffic Coordinator will manage all on-line ad traffic delivery and optimization. This position will work closely with the Traffic Manager, Account, Production, Analytics and Media teams in the planning, delivery, optimization and measurement of all client ad campaigns. This position will also be responsible for working with 3rd Party Ad Serving programs and vendors, such as Doubleclick, Eyeblaster and Atlas.

Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team of experienced traffickers, using industry leading 3rd Party Ad Serving tools
- Rapidly and accurately deploy digital assets including rich media, pre-roll, and mobile.
- Implement and scheduling of all online advertising campaign elements in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with the Media Manager and Analytics team to implement process and provide response data on all campaigns, as well as providing ongoing campaign optimization
- Develop/maintain procedures for trafficking and tracking processes
- Ensure that all elements of online ad campaigns are entered into the ad server in a timely and accurate manner and according to traffic sheet specifications
- Test creative to ensure that publisher specifications are met
- Organize and monitor traffic / scheduling of all ad campaigns to ensure delivery
- Work cross-functionally across departments to optimize campaigns
- Monitoring ad campaigns and provide metrics to internal departments on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with Third Party vendors
- Manage relationships with Third Party ad vendors as appropriate
- Serve as the central point of contact for publishers regarding scheduling, rotation, and technical issues.
- Manage communications with Account, Production and Media teams to ensure necessary timelines are in place, and work to meet deadlines
- Create and maintain schedule for delivering campaign reports
Requirements:
- Experience in ad trafficking, preferably with an Internet publisher or Interactive advertising agency
- Familiarity, or ability to learn Doubleclick DART, Eyeblaster and other 3rd party ad serving platforms
- Self-motivated, very detail oriented and independent thinker
- Positive attitude and team orientation
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ready to adapt to new technologies and challenges.
- Agency experience preferred, but not required
