What: Are you looking for a challenging Web design position and have experience creating visually stunning user interfaces? You will work on numerous projects for clients and get to design new projects and improve on existing sites.
PALADOR, a Seattle based technology consulting firm, has an immediate need for a Web designer who has proven skills working with HTML, CSS, Javacript, JQuery and graphic design to create highly interactive Web based user interfaces. This is a full-time position in the downtown Seattle area.
Requirements/Skills:
- Expert knowledge of HTML / CSS
- A working knowledge of Javascript and Jquery
- Ability to construct professional and modern user interfaces
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to create original graphic artwork for Web site interfaces
- Comfortable working in a template driven and object oriented project
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Proactive and self-motivated to meet commitments
- Work well in a team environment
- JQuery: highly desired
- WPF, Silverlight and XAML in Windows/Web/Mobile application environments
- Comfortable with XAML and styles, templates, and related technology
