Cynergy is expanding and is looking for talented User Experience Leads who have great instincts to solve problems at the intersection of business and design.
Responsibilities:
- Consult clients to guide design effort and direction
- Gather information, research current needs and methodology, and elicit client requirements for project concepts and designs
- Strategize with other project members, internally and client-side
- Collaborate with other designers, technical leads, developers, project managers and testers
- Create brilliant aesthetic in purposeful functionality
- Defend visual and feature design decisions while being open to feedback and recommendations, and accomodating changing priorities
- Think critically and creatively to solve problems through design
- Work on varied, exciting projects for companies spanning a number of industries.
Requirements:
- Experience in custom software design (mobile design for iOS and Android is a plus), with proven success and a portfolio to match
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
