Position: Advertising Operations Coordinator
Where: Seattle
What: The Ads Ops Coordinator is a brand new position within the sales department. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground level of a rapidly growing sales team. The Ads Ops person will work directly with Sales Operations Manager to ensure all advertisements on the site are put up in a timely manner and the billings are correct. This position is 100% behind the scenes (not client facing) but an ability to work with others is a must. This position will develop as time goes on, making this an amazing chance to create your own job!!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Schedule out new subscriptions as they are purchased
• Schedule out subscriptions as they come up for renewal
• Verify subscription billings for all advertisers on a monthly basis
• Additional responsibilities will be added as this position evolves
• Assist Sales Operations with projects as needed
Required skills:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task
• Amazing attention to detail a must!
• Forward thinking attitude
• Good attendance and work ethic are REQUIRED!
Bonus:
• Working knowledge of SalesForce CRM
• Ability to work in Excel pivot tables
• Desire to be on our Fun Committee!
