Position: Senior UX Designer

What: Smartsheet is looking for a Senior UX Designer to make Smartsheet a product that people point to as an example of the new breed of enterprise software that individuals love to use. You will be responsible for researching, creating and testing product interactions that enable powerful capabilities in an easy to use, delightful way. In this role, you will collaborate with every part of the company to drive delivery of a product with industry-leading customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with product management to prototype solutions to customer problems.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications and final graphics.
• Work closely with product management and development to shepherd end-to-end experiences from concept to ship.
• Lead user experience research and testing processes. Iterate based on feedback from usability tests.
• Collaborate with other designers on the team to geek out, provide constructive criticism, and promote user-centered design thinking and advocate design best practices.
• Incorporate usage data analysis into design/UX optimization efforts.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Web and mobile application design.
• A deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
• Experience creating interactive experiences that delight the user.
• “Roll-up-your-sleeves” entrepreneurial attitude.
• Comfort working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
