What: Projectline Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced web developerperfect PSD, translate it into a website with no loss of fidelity, and can convince them of how his/her method of coding it provides the best load performance for every device and every browser.
HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS libraries are just the checkmarks. They’re looking for someone who is a master of the trade, someone who has a strong opinion of HTML5, the responsive image movement, and choice of CMS.
This developer would fill her/his time with creating microsite templates, landing page templates, and email templates. Experience with front-end coding for Marketo is an enormous plus, but will be taught regardless. The 10% of back-end development includes PHP and anything else you can bring to the table. Examples include simple Twitter and LinkedIn API integrations.

Responsibilities:
Understands the creative service offering of Projectline and Yesler in a holistic way to offer strong recommendations, be part of the creative process and put out the best creative products on behalf of clients.
Technical:
•Develop microsite templates, landing page templates, and (responsive) email templates based on PSD hand-offs from web designers.
•Convert those templates, landing pages, and emails into marketing-automation ready files, and upload them into the appropriate marketing automation platforms.
•Act as developer subject matter expert (SME) for appropriate Yesler and Projectline projects.
•Implement and maintain code version-control infrastructure allowing for multiple developers to work on projects simultaneously.
•On larger projects, work with third-party web development vendors and/or freelances as a technical project manager, ensuring that the result is ship-shape for client hand-off.
•Ability to use SFTP and command-line controls to administer existing client websites and make appropriate changes.
•Use SQL and MySQL databases to make backups, changes, etc.
•Develop simple third-party back-end integrations, such as with Marketo, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
•Experience implementing optimization and a/b testing tools and methodologies
General:
•Liaise with project managers, account managers, marketing operations professionals, and clients
•Fantastic communication skills, being able to keep project managers in-the-loop of progress, changes, blockers, and ETAs.
•Experience scoping web projects, ranging from development-from-scratch to simple change requests.
•Ability to be a technical project manager, including knowledge of the end-to-end process of web production, all the way from design concepting to final production result.
•Experience working in a team of web developers, as well as a experience working as a lone web developer.
•Recommend appropriate web site measurement tactics tied to business goals.
•General awareness of good UX and UI principles, familiarity with accessible design patterns, a good grasp on interaction design methods, and some experience with information architecture is a plus
Qualifications and Requirements:
•4-5 years of experience with web development
•Bachelors Degree or equivalent
•Absolute expertise of front-end development: HTML, CSS, JS.
•Experience working in a team of developers, translating PSD handoffs into websites with no loss of fidelity.
•Strong interest in the marketing industry
•Experience working under tight deadline conditions for large corporate clients
•Passion for accuracy and quality with exceptional organization skills and high attention to detail
•Experience working in one or more tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics or WebTrends is preferred
