Responsibilities: As a UX Designer you will partner with product managers and engineering teams to produce industry leading, user-friendly interfaces for Qualtric’s. You will be a key member of the growing Qualtric’s design team, by gauging the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change, Developing mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Measuring and analyzing user experience research (e.g. surveys, case studies, etc.) and testing to validate designs, get user feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience to better serve and delight our users!
Requirements:
- 5+ years of user-centered design experience
- Experience with human factors principles & Excellent communication and organization skills
- Function as a thought leader as well as an individual contributor
- Able to communicate design ideas to the internal development and product management teams
- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of web technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, as well as the particulars around developing for mobile platforms
