Position: Lead Creative Designer

What: The Lead Creative Designer will work directly within the marketing team to drive all inbound and outbound marketing assets, website, print and offline design
Responsibilities:
Creative direction and ownership of all visual identity
Have a clear vision for visual direction/outlook for the company
Lead creative team to deliver on all creative projects
Drive all inbound and outbound marketing assets, website, print/offline design
Own Brand Guidelines
Requirements:
Teamwork and interpersonal skills are a must, as this role will require day to day collaboration with internal marketing team members, members of other company departments, and external resources
You must also possess excellent knowledge of user experience design, brand development, digital advertising, social media engagement, conceptual development and the overall creative process.
5+ years’ experience in a creative leadership role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
Excellent knowledge of user experience design, brand development, digital advertising, social media engagement, conceptual development and the overall creative process.
Fully proficient skills working with Adobe Creative Suite
