Peterson Sullivan LLP is proud to be actively recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing team with communication campaigns, event coordination, CRM administration, and client satisfaction efforts. This position will report to the Marketing Director and work collaboratively with the business development, niche, and cross-selling teams to execute marketing campaigns in support of our firm visibility and overall strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Support all Peterson Sullivan marketing initiatives (print ads, direct mail, email, multi-channel campaigns, etc.) from ideation to execution and analysis
Coordinate social media campaigns and website updates
Manage trade show/conferences and special events, working with vendor partners and internal team members on setup, execution and tear down
Conduct market research and procure lists for new initiatives
Manage CRM content and reporting
Support business development team initiatives
Facilitate external communication such as eNewsletters, email campaigns and white papers
Facilitate internal communication such as newsletters, email campaigns and other culture building deliverables
Conduct annual client survey
Driving increased awareness, consideration, investigation, and conversion for the Peterson Sullivan brand
Client acquisition and retention targets
Project-related deliverables throughout the year
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Two to three years of marketing experience in a business or agency environment, CPA or professional service experience preferred
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple complex projects running concurrently
Ability to communicate clearly and articulately, and persuade key stakeholders on the viability, practicality, and benefit of your recommendations
Experience with trade show, conference, and association marketing preferred
Proficiency with CRM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), web design, MS Office Suite, InDesign and third party email software strongly recommended
