Position: Marketing Coordinator
Where: Seattle
What: Olson Kundig seeks a creative and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced Seattle team. This individual will support excellence in the production of communications materials, proposals, award submittals and other marketing collateral, as well as web site and social media initiatives.

We seek someone for this new position who shares a passion for design and brings strong skills in content writing and editing, graphic layout, consultant communications, and assisting the marketing team and senior leadership in local, national and international marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide writing, layout, and/or organizational support for communications activities including press releases, award submittals, advertising, and special events

Assist in researching, writing, and laying out proposal materials, including resumes, project descriptions and technical proposal content

Maintain database content (Deltek Vision, OpenAsset)

Assist in developing lecture and presentation materials

Assist with social media, website updates and other online marketing initiatives (includes Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and the company website)

Coordinate planning and scheduling special campaigns, initiatives and events

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have strong communication, editing, and graphic layout skills, and must be proficient in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). He or she should be able to work both collaboratively and independently and be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments. Experience working in the AEC industry a plus.

Additional requirements include: a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar or related role; solid writing and analytical skills; experience developing audience-focused materials; proficient in working with technical personnel and subject matter; flexible and adaptable with the ability to switch between multiple tasks and deadlines.
