Position: Senior Software Engineer Web + Mobile

Responsibilities:
- Full-stack development with focus on the front-end.
- Research and evangelize best practices and modern technologies.
- Work across teams and products alongside a highly functional, world-class development team.
- Report to the Web Architect.
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack experience on a SaaS or similar site with focus on the front-end.
- Fluent in technologies similar to what PayScale uses (we know great developers can work in any language).
- Have introduced at least one key technology or practice that was adopted by other engineering teams (e.g. unit testing).
- Strong desire to learn and grow. Self-motivation. Strong drive to move things forward.
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and changes in the front-end community.
- Bonus: mobile development experience (iOS, Android).
- Clear communication skills.
- 6+ years experience (or convince us otherwise).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
