What: Julep is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable marketer to support our channel marketing managers, with a focus on running the everyday operations of our expanding affiliate marketing channel.  This is a rare opportunity to make a major contribution to the success of a rapidly growing company.  The role requires a quantitative approach and creative problem solving and a love for meeting and beating market return on advertising spend goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand direct affiliate relationships, communications, and outreach throughout the networks.
  • Cultivate new partnerships and publisher relationships.
  • Execute daily affiliate program tasks, including promotion development, affiliate communications, and reporting.
  • Develop forecasts and meet aggressive monthly sales and ROAS volume targets.
  • Implement tracking and tagging to ensure proper attribution and commission payouts across multiple affiliate networks.
  • Execute ad hoc reporting, insight gathering and analysis of channel, partner, creative and promotion performance.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance insights and campaign summaries for senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or other social sciences.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital/direct response marketing. Direct experience managing affiliate programs for a consumer brand preferred.
  • Solid business instincts and analytical ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable results.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and juggling conflicting priorities.
  • Tech savvy, comfortable using digital advertising tools (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, etc), as well a high proficiency with Microsoft Excel including use of pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience collaborating across teams, particularly with creative and technology counterparts.
  • Experience with beauty or fashion a plus.Mobile advertising experience a plus.
