Position: Sr. SEM Manager
Where: Seattle
What: You are a rockstar search marketer that lives and breathes Paid Search and thrives on owning the full funnel; from strategy to execution to reporting. You will be responsible for managing $4M+ annual budgets & owning the full development of the channel. You would collaborate closely with fellow Marketing team members and the creative/development organization on managing and executing various marketing channels. This position requires a creative thinker with proven experience in driving effective paid search campaigns for goods & services via Web, Retail, and Mobile channels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on Ritani’s marketing strategy via SEM
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to maximize performance of any/all marketing touch points
- Collaborate with internal/external constituents and execute within tight timelines
- Continually optimize and improve the way Ritani markets to their customers via SEM
- Represent the SEM channel for the company using strong presentation and communication skills
- Provide feedback & performance reports on regular basis
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in consumer/online marketing (SEM)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver near-term measurable results
- Deep experience scaling business while improving overall efficiencies
- Proven experience of managing SEM and delivering on ambitious KPIs
- Effective multi-tasker; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Proven presenter; comfortable negotiator
- Proficient understanding of Google Analytics, and basics of A/B testing methodology
- Proficient copywriting skills capable of producing effective marketing copy
- Strong communicator, good listener, and great collaborator
- BA degree or higher is preferred
