Position: Digital Marketing Manager

What: TCS World Travel is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Seattle. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative, result-driven digital marketing campaigns with experience implementing marketing automation practices. Manager will formulate digital marketing strategy, identify and evaluate new data-driven opportunities for revenue and audience growth, executing campaigns across a wide array of channels (social, search, display, retargeting, etc.) and developing analytical insights to inform optimization. They will be confident in deploying acquisition, conversion and retention tactics as well as optimizing the performance of these tactics to achieve core KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
Help grow TCS World Travel by developing and implementing a results-driven e-commerce marketing strategy in partnership with Director of Marketing and division level e-commerce team
Identify and target market segmentations for improved marketing performance
Develop and implement new customer/member acquisition, retention, and traffic-driving campaigns across paid, owned and earned digital channels
Manage the paid digital media program including search marketing (SEO and SEM), retargeting and display while constantly assessing, challenging, and optimizing the performance of these initiatives
Regularly analyze and measure bottom-line results and marketing channel and campaign performance to ensure focus on highest ROI activities
Ideate, concept and execute highly memorable digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Data Analyst, Digital Designer and Content team
Work with the Director of Marketing to integrate digital marketing efforts with offline marketing programs and initiatives
Establish and grow affiliate marketing programs
Work closely with the analytics, creative and marketing services teams to align the marketing calendar with broader business initiatives and build for future growth
Manage end to end A/B testing process including requirements gathering/documentation, seamless test design and accurate result measurement
Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance existing website and create new landing pages for keyword terms and curated product pages
Develop email marketing campaigns using best practices for developing marketing copywriting, call to action direction and placement and HTML template utilization
Build, deliver and allocate digital marketing budgets and forecasts on a campaign and monthly basis
Regularly interpret KPI-based data and analytics to provide insights, recommendations and optimizations. Additionally, you will interpret data, listening insights and community signals and share these in weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Show high sense of judgment, urgency and ownership over projects
Requirements:
3+ years experience in media planning, digital marketing and/or digital advertising
Broad working knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation methodology, engagement analysis, as well as a solid understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and social media analytics, email, marketing automation (i.e. Hubspot) and SEO
Hands-on experience and direct management of online campaigns across a number of media vendors and tools (including, but not limited to, Google Ads, contextual, affiliate and Retargeting tools)
Must have experience in developing executing digital advertising campaigns and clearly demonstrate digital marketing campaigns and initiatives you have executed
Proven ability to create original, unique and highly shareable marketing campaigns
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or Communications or similar
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a results-drive business environment
