Position: Senior Software Engineer
Where: Tacoma
What: The Senior Software Engineer will take an active role in the design and development of a Next Gen Security platform, enterprise server and client product that enables data security for cloud, big data and mobile workflows.
Responsibilities:
Assume responsibilities as member of our software development team defining system and software requirements based on market requirements.
Design, develop and implement enterprise server software components and client applications.
Build unit tests to help facilitate the testing and debugging process, validate components and applications, and ensure an exceptional deployment process
Participate in code reviews to improve the overall Security platform.
Ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to operate in a fast paced, results driven environment where meeting deadlines is critical.
Work in an agile software development environment.
Produce detailed and accurate documentation relating to assigned projects and tasks.
Have a passion to take on ambiguous situations to meet deadlines and launch dates.
Develop detailed plans and strategies with a global perspective in mind.
Requirements:
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of work experience in software development.
Excellent knowledge of Java, C#, C++, JavaScript or similar programming languages.
Experience developing a commercial software product focused on user experience.
