What: Fit is everything. We are a unique company and we are looking for a Graphic Designer that is as excited about our mission as we are. The “right” candidate will work with our small but dynamic team as we continue to overhaul our Marketing Communication Efforts. Led by the Brand and Product Design Manager, the successful candidate will join our Marketing Department and others to assist us in full-spectrum marketing operations. In addition to working with our in-house staff, there will be ample opportunity to work with contract photographers, videographers, and other graphics support elements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone equally at ease in the office as much as they are on the shooting range. We’re looking for sharp, agile, and passionate individuals who are excited to explore more about this unique marketing arena. The successful must have the ability to illustrate (via portfolio) a STRONG technical capability and aesthetic sense in regards to layout in Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Brand and Product Design Manager to develop and maintain design for all marketing materials.
• Design and coordinate production of marketing collateral (including brochures, technical data sheets, trade show graphics and advertisements).
• Design templates in Microsoft Office products to ensure consistency across sales and marketing documents.
• Maintain future website by editing/uploading text, photos, and creating new pages as required.
• Support Bus Dev team in planning of trade show displays and graphics.
• Provide artistic support for corporate photography and videography needs.
• Responsible for version control and inventory of marketing materials.
• Prepares materials manually or by utilizing graphic software to design and produce finished artwork or product.
• Plans content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service.
• Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and esthetic design concepts.
• Draws sample of finished layout.
• Prepares notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.
• Reviews final layout and suggests improvements as needed.
• May prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material according to instructions of supervisor.
• May mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
• May photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints for supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Photography coordination.

• Video coordination and production.
• Graphic Design.
• Trade shows (domestic and international).
• Trade Show booth design.
• Catalogues and printed material layout.
• MUST LOVE GUNS.

Requirements:
• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working as an in-house designer as opposed to an outside vendor.
Adobe Creative Suite for print and web applications (Photoshop).
Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and/or board of directors. Must be able to communicate in English.
