Responsibilities:
Nintendo is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Campaign Analyst to drive reporting and analysis of CRM campaigns across email and on-device. Working alongside the Manager of Email CRM, and in collaboration with campaign managers, you’ll be analyzing campaign and audience behavior and directly influencing testing and development of personalized CRM campaigns.
Analyze campaign results and customer behavior on all CRM campaigns to identify actionable opportunities for upsell/cross-sell, increase engagement and improve customer retention. ◦Evaluate responses to email creative (Click stream, CTR, Open %, web traffic, etc.)
◦ Evaluate differing response of target segments to specific email campaigns
◦ Evaluate differing response by channel (email, on-device, etc.)
◦ Evaluate impact of campaigns on customer behavior (purchase conversion, traffic, clickstream, etc.)
◦ Evaluate ROI of campaigns
◦ Evaluate overall impact of email channel
Own the development and management of monthly and quarterly reports that effectively highlight key insights and strategic learnings. Drive ongoing efficiencies in how these metrics are pulled/analyzed.
Drive analysis of campaign performance at both a campaign and program level. Collaborate extensively with extended teams to identify new methods to effectively measure CRM performance.
Drive thorough analysis of key audience cohorts to identify opportunities for increased engagement.
Collaborate closely with CRM campaign managers to strengthen the effectiveness of campaign testing. This includes the development of a robust test plan, improving the usability of reporting, and the management and integration of key learnings. Your analytical findings and innovative suggestions will be fundamental in driving what tests the CRM team performs.
Collaborate and share learnings within the CRM team and with wider teams to drive ongoing business strategy. Translate analytical findings into clear, easily understandable, actionable insights that drive strong business strategy.
Drive improvements and enhancements of current reports and propose additional metrics to broaden the customer story and effectively showcase the overall impact of the CRM channel over time.
Monitor email deliverability and database growth by reviewing daily reports and alerting IT and CRM teams of any issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in analyzing digital marketing performance, including email marketing and CRM.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate and present findings to others and translate analytical findings into clear, easily understandable, actionable insights that drive strong business strategy. Must be able to clearly explain technical concepts and analysis to a wide audience and evangelize insights through rapport and teamwork.
Demonstrated ability to un-earth insights from data mining.
Must be a self-starter and curious learner who is not afraid of exploring new, unknown fields and providing innovative insights and suggestions.
Must have excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail, and be able to autonomously carry out complex analysis that drives sizable business impact.
Advanced MS Excel skills. Proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) required.
Working knowledge of Tableau and web analytics tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Webtrends, etc.) preferred.
Working knowledge of Database technologies such as Redshift and SQL Server and ability to write SQL a plus.
Undergraduate degree in economics, math, or business preferred.
