Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to help us scale the data systems that enable our innovative liquid biopsy platform, which is able to discover the underlying genetic causes of an individual’s cancer from a sample of blood. We’ve proven that the technology works through collaborations with prestigious cancer research centers, now we are scaling it to meet a huge wave of demand.
Requirements:
building and deploying scalable systems to AWS
git gitflow, TDD, agile practices
perl/python
C/C++
Linux (admin, shell scripting and tools)
API design
bioinformatics tools
PHP / Laravel or similar framework
javascript / JQuery, other front-end tools
machine learning fundamentals
