What: We are looking for an experienced, full-time project manager to support Fuse IQ and our clients’ evolution on the web. Make a DIFFERENCE with our nonprofit clients by helping them achieve their mission leveraging web technologies. Yes, you’ll be managing website projects, but much more than that! You’ll be consulting with our clients, helping them understand web technologies and web content management, and providing solutions to make nonprofits more successful on the web.
Responsibilities:
- Manage website design and web application development projects
- Develop and implement online content strategies for clients
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Perform CMS site configuration tasks and manage content entry in Drupal and WordPress
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Perform testing and facilitate client user acceptance testing
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Manage communication across the project team and the client
- Provide leadership and motivation to the project team
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal company processes
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of one year’s experience with at least one major content management system such as Drupal or WordPress
- Knowledgeable of various web or software development methodologies including Agile
- Demonstrated knowledge of web content management technologies
- 3-5 years experience in project management
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communications skills, ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Proven record of executing projects on time and on budget
- Project Management certification
- Broad knowledge of the web and technology trends
- Experience in a technology consulting environment
- Experienced in information architecture and user experience design
- Drupal expertise
- WordPress expertise
- Web development skills
- Account management experience
