User Experience/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX designer who is looking for an opportunity to exert considerable influence by creating a world-class user experience for our customers. And now for the pedigree nuts and bolts:
• 4 years or more as a professional in the UX/UI industry with increasing levels of
responsibility and discretion
• Degree or equivalent experience in Human Factors, Visual Design, or a related field
• Front-end technology experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript), frameworks, prototyping tools
• Portfolio that includes with software product user interfaces and website designs
• Consumer website experience is a plus
• Experience using data-driven design techniques such as AB testing and analytics is a plus
• Agile methodology experience is also beneficial
What you will do:
• Lead the UX and UI design for our product
• Work with customers, product management and other stakeholders to incorporate
feedback into designs
• Create prototypes and mockups to drive and support your designs
• Work with developers to see your designs enter the market
