Our customers are typically hospitals or manufacturers of medical devices and products. We are looking to fill positions in our Operations team, specifically people to assist with managing our customer support operations and data management. This position will work in the Seattle corporate office on our Operations team, working closely with the VUEMED onsite team (or directly with the customer), as well as the development team.
This position will include the following responsibilities/tasks:
• Managing and updating VUEMED’s product database
• Troubleshooting and documenting customer-reported issues
• Creating and updating training documentation
• Assisting in managing or updating customer-specific data
• Providing training and support to customers on using our applications and reports
• Producing relevant reports and analyzing data for customers’ clinical and/or inventory management staff
• Supporting new customer deployments
• Assisting in testing of new features and applications

• Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree (academic transcript must be provided if you
are in the class of 2014, 2015 or 2016)
Although VUEMED’s headquarters are located in Seattle, this position may involve some travel and periodically long hours on your feet at client sites so it is important to be in good physical condition.
